Nothing to gain for the Emiliani, who are struggling for form?

With a minimalist 1-0 win at Sassuolo Calcio, AS Roma climbed to second place in the table at the weekend and redeemed themselves for their humiliating 2-1 Europa League home defeat to Viktoria Plzen. The Wolves have already won six of their first eight league games (two defeats) and now want to further polish their strange home record against Parma Calcio.

Although only two goals have been conceded in four Serie A home games in the 2025/26 season, there have already been two home defeats in the Eternal City. Nevertheless, an away win for the Emiliani is highly unlikely in AS Roma vs. Parma. After all, the Gialloblù have not scored a single goal in four away games.

Overall, Parma Calcio has not only failed to win any of its last three league games (two draws, one defeat), but has also failed to score in three consecutive games. Most recently, the two matches against Genoa and Como ended in goalless draws. Given that the Gialloblù have failed to score in five of their last six league games, we find real value in the tip available exclusively at Winamax that AS Roma will win either 1-0, 2-0, or 3-0.

Alternatively, the much less risky bet that a maximum of one team will score in this match also makes a lot of sense. This also takes into account the fact that the Giallorossi have struggled to score goals themselves at times, with “only” eight goals scored in eight Serie A games in the 2025/26 season, while Parma Calcio has only scored three goals in total – but has also conceded only seven goals.

AS Roma – Parma Head-to-head record

Head to head: 37 – 13 – 11

A total of 61 competitive matches have been played between the two teams so far, with AS Roma clearly leading the head-to-head record with 37 wins. The Giallorossi also took all six points against Parma Calcio in 2024/25, beating the Emiliani twice without conceding a goal. Overall, five of the last six encounters have gone to the Wolves, who last lost a home game against the Gialloblù in April 1997.

AS Roma – Parma Tip

Under Gian Piero Gasperini, the Wolves have gotten off to a really good start in Serie A, at least, and are currently in second place with 18 out of a possible 24 points. What is striking is their low goal involvement. They have scored just eight goals and conceded three. There has been similarly little action in games involving the Emiliani, who have scored only three goals but also conceded only seven and played two consecutive 0-0 draws. Accordingly, the prediction for AS Roma vs. Parma is that there will be no goal fest at the Stadio Olimpico.

Nevertheless, we think the Wolves have a good chance of sending the Gialloblù home without any points. A good way to boost the interesting odds for a clean sheet victory for the capital club is to choose the bet available exclusively at Winamax that the Giallorossi will win either 1-0, 2-0, or 3-0.

The odds for AS Roma vs. Parma are 2.45, and we are betting three out of ten units on this.
