Will the Seahawks remain number 1 on the West Coast?

The West Coast is trumps in the NFC this season, or more precisely: the NFC West rules! That’s because the two best teams in this division are also competing in the 2026 NFC Championship Final in our Seahawks vs. Rams tip.

That means we’ve already had two matchups between these two teams this season, which gives us some insight. Both games were absolute thrillers. The last meeting was just a month ago, and Seattle won it by a narrow margin, 38-37, in overtime.

There could be another thriller on Sunday. Although the Seahawks were somewhat more convincing in the last playoff round (41-6 against the 49ers), they were also incredibly plagued by injuries. In addition, running back Zach Charbonnet tore his cruciate ligament, which means he will be out for Sunday.

This makes the game appear even more open, and our prediction for Seahawks vs. Rams is a very close game that could well be decided in favor of the Rams, who are more experienced in the playoffs. We have slightly more confidence in Matthew Stafford than Sam Darnold here.

Kickoff for the NFC Championship Game is at 12:30 a.m. on Monday in Seattle. The game will be broadcast live on RTL and DAZN.

Winning tips are difficult here, as the two regular season matchups have already proven. However, due to the Hawks’ favorite status, the handicap on the Rams is playable. The same goes for over points tips, as this matchup often sees a lot of scoring (75 total points in the last meeting).

Seattle Seahawks – Los Angeles Rams Head-to-head comparison / H2H record

We already discussed the last matchup in December. Back then, the game went into overtime and ultimately ended with Seattle winning by one point. All of the last five head-to-head matchups were one-score games, which says a lot about this rivalry.

We almost expect another thriller on Sunday. Then again, it could be the moment of glory for Matthew Stafford and the Rams, who already have six playoff wins under their belt, including a Super Bowl. His counterpart Darnold has won only one playoff game in his entire career.

Seattle Seahawks – Los Angeles Rams Tip

Both teams have also been impressive in the playoffs so far in terms of ball gains. The Rams are at +4, the Seahawks at +3. Whoever has the better score at the end of the game is likely to win. Again, we have a little more confidence in Stafford than Darnold.

This makes a bet on Los Angeles +2.5 our favorite bet for Seahawks vs. Rams. This is followed by bets on numerous points, which have been scored in two of the last three meetings.

We still need an alternative player bet, where we are also looking at LA. Kyren Williams reached the end zone twice against the Bears and is the clear lead back for the Rams. So a TD bet on Williams is another clear recommendation.
