Will the Eagles keep their clean slate?

The Eagles are 2-0 at home, while the Broncos are 0-2 on the road. That’s all you need to know about the Birds’ favorite status for our Eagles vs. Broncos tip. In addition, the Eagles have had the so-called “Bayern luck” on their side for two years now, winning all close games.

Perfect conditions for sports bettors, because at their home stadium, Lincoln Financial Field, the Broncos shouldn’t pose much of a challenge. Quarterback Bo Nix is also having a rather weak season, which even the clear victory against the indisposed Bengals should not hide.

All in all, our prediction for Eagles vs. Broncos is definitely Philly’s fifth win in five games, which, like the two previous home games, should also be by more than three points. A start-to-finish victory would not surprise us in this matchup either.

Kickoff for the matchup is on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. in Philadelphia. The game will be broadcast live on RTL and in the ENDZN on the DAZN streaming service.

Philadelphia Eagles – Denver Broncos Head-to-head comparison / H2H record

This matchup only happens every four years, and the Eagles have clearly won the last two encounters. They ended up with an 18- and 17-point lead, respectively – a margin that is unlikely to be achieved on Sunday despite the Eagles’ strength.

However, we think they are easily capable of a touchdown lead, mainly due to their defense. This is not so clear from the statistics, as they only allow the fifteenth fewest points. But they regularly stop their opponents in the red zone and will do so again with Denver’s offense.

The Broncos should be able to score a few field goals, but we don’t think they will manage more than two touchdowns in this matchup. That makes the odds for over 2.5 field goals by the Broncos interesting for Eagles vs. Broncos – but also under bets on Denver’s total points (20.5 should be a good limit here).

Philadelphia Eagles – Denver Broncos Tip

We shouldn’t overestimate the Broncos’ recent victory against Cincinnati, as the injury-plagued Bengals were hardly challenged (159 total yards for Cincinnati). The Eagles will do much better with Barkley, Brown, and Co.

We don’t expect a high-scoring spectacle with these two strong defenses, but ultimately we do expect a comfortable Eagles victory. So the Philadelphia vs. Denver betting odds of Eagles -3.5 are a bet that is still very playable. We would even go up to -6.5 with the handicap to increase the value a little more.

For a player bet, we’re going down a path we’ve taken many times before: a TD bet on Jalen Hurts. He has already found the end zone four times on the ground in four games so far, and we think odds of up to 1.87 (Betano) are very playable.
