Will the Rams keep Seattle at bay again?

The NFC West is at stake in our Seahawks vs. Rams tip. If the Rams also win the rematch against the Seahawks, then the division is almost certainly theirs. However, if the Hawks manage a home win, then they suddenly have the better cards for the division and even for the top seed in the NFC.

It is becoming increasingly clear that the best team in the NFC regular season will come from the NFC West. This makes this game all the more important, as both teams would like to secure a bye week in the playoffs. The Rams in particular have a few injury concerns (including Davante Adams) and could use a break.

But which of these two teams is really the better one? The Rams won the first matchup a month ago by a narrow margin, have a 33-yard and 1.1-point better offense, and have a +10 better turnover ratio. The Seahawks have a 1.3-point better defense per game.

All in all, however, we think the Rams are the better team and, above all, have the more stable quarterback. So, for Seahawks vs. Rams, our prediction is an away win for the Californians, who could take a huge step towards the division title.

Kick-off for the NFC West division clash is at 2:15 a.m. on Friday night in Seattle. As usual, the game will be broadcast live on Thursday by the streaming service DAZN.

Seattle Seahawks – Los Angeles Rams Head-to-head comparison / H2H record

Game day 16 could hardly be more decisive, as the NFC West and the NFC’s number 1 seed could already be decided here. The Rams currently lead this division, having won the first matchup a month ago 21-19.

Overall, LA has won four of the last five matchups and is once again the favorite for us on Thursday. The Rams simply win their games more convincingly than the Seahawks do. Without their recent stellar defense, they would not only have lost Sunday’s game against the Colts, but would also be in a much worse position overall.

So, in Seahawks vs. Rams, the odds on Los Angeles are slightly better, even though the game is taking place in Seattle. However, the Seahawks have a worse record at Lumen Field (5-2) than they do on the road (6-1). The Rams have an equally good record on the road (5-2), so we would remove the home advantage from the equation.

Seattle Seahawks – Los Angeles Rams Tip

Will the Rams offense stay on fire or will the Seahawks defense prevail? Davante Adams is likely to be out for LA, which could put a slight dent in the Rams’ passing game. However, Parkinson, Allen, and Ferguson are more than capable of stepping into the breach, not to mention Puka Nacua.

For us, the quality of the Rams is simply too great, so our preferred tip for Seahawks vs. Rams is on Los Angeles. We also believe that Matthew Stafford will succeed in making this game a high-scoring rather than a low-scoring affair, which would also play into the Rams’ hands.

For a player bet, we have two absolute top options in Puka Nacua and Kyren Williams. We’re going for a TD bet on Kyren Williams, as he has found the end zone eight times in the last seven games alone – twice last Sunday against Detroit.
