Nothing to gain for Rojillos, who are weak away from home?

A clash of opposites will take place in Catalonia on Saturday. On one side is the reigning champion, who has won all eight La Liga home games in the 2025/26 season with a goal difference of 26:5 and now leads the table by four points thanks to Real Madrid’s recent slump in form.

On the other side are the visitors from Pamplona, the weakest away team in Spanish soccer’s top flight. The Rojillos have picked up just two points from a possible 24 on the road and scored only three goals away from home – an average of just 0.38 away goals per league game. Accordingly, there is virtually no alternative to betting on a home win for Flick’s team when Barcelona take on Osasuna.

Although Barca struggled at home against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League during the week, they ultimately earned a deserved 2-1 victory in a tricky game. Meanwhile, they have won their last six La Liga games – all by at least two goals. Most recently, they beat Atlético Madrid 3-1 at Camp Nou, before winning 5-3 away at Betis Sevilla last weekend. It is therefore very promising in the Barcelona vs. Osasuna prediction to once again apply a handicap of -1 to FC Barcelona.

Another very popular bet is that Ferran Torres, who scored three goals against Beticos in the first half of last weekend’s game in Andalusia within 29 minutes, will also appear on the scoreboard in front of his home crowd against the Rojillos. After all, the nimble goal scorer only came off the bench in the Champions League during the week and would be a candidate for the starting lineup in the wake of the expected rotation, which further increases the probability of him scoring.

Barcelona – Osasuna Head-to-head comparison / H2H record

Head to head: 59 – 19 – 21

A total of 99 competitive matches have already taken place between the two teams, with FC Barcelona leading the head-to-head record very clearly with 59 wins. The Blaugrana also beat CA Osasuna 3-0 in their last home game in La Liga and have won nine of their last eleven encounters with the club from Pamplona (one draw, one defeat).

Barcelona – Osasuna Tip

The best home team in La Liga by far welcomes the weakest away team in the top flight of Spanish soccer. So, the only question that remains is how to bet on Barcelona’s expected home win against Osasuna in order to get the highest possible value on the betting slip.

Ultimately, the Rojillos lack the offensive firepower to earn a point at Camp Nou. Away from home, the Pamplona-based team averages just 0.38 goals scored in La Liga.

Considering that Barca has not only won all of its last six league games without exception, but also won all six by at least two goals, our main recommendation is a handicap of -1 on the Blaugrana. For Flick’s team to defeat the Rojillos by at least two goals, Betano is offering odds of 1.55 for Barcelona vs. Osasuna, which we are betting on with six out of ten units.
