Will the Partenopei carry their Supercoppa momentum forward?
SSC Napoli may have just lost their lead in the table and suffered a setback in the battle for the Scudetto after a 1-0 defeat at Udinese Calcio. However, Antonio Conte’s team has now won the Supercoppa Italiana in Saudi Arabia with two 2-0 victories over AC Milan and Bologna FC.
The Partenopei now want to take this momentum with them to Lombardy. Basically, our tip for Cremonese vs. Napoli is also an away win for the Azzurri, even though newly promoted “La Cremo” has already surprised many a heavyweight in 2025/26. After victories over AC Milan (2-1) and Bologna (3-1), they drew 0-0 away to Lazio Rome last Saturday.
Nevertheless, only an away win counts for the southern Italians now. Otherwise, the situation at the foot of Vesuvius could become even more precarious. While coach Conte is loudly demanding winter transfers, the reigning champions are currently under intense scrutiny by a financial commission. If any violations are found, which is anything but unlikely given that SSC Napoli has invested over €250 million in new players since Conte’s arrival in the summer of 2024, the Partenopei could even face a transfer ban. After winning the Supercoppa Italiana, we nevertheless expect a focused performance from the Azzurri and, against this backdrop, find the greatest value in tip 2.
However, it is clear that there should not be a goal fest at the Stadio Giovanni Zini. While “La Cremo” has scored only nine goals in seven home games, but has also conceded only nine goals, the Partenopei have scored only eight goals in eight Serie A away games, conceding seven.
Cremonese – Napoli Head-to-head comparison / H2H record
Head to head: 5 – 11 – 16
Only 32 matches have taken place between the two teams so far, with SSC Napoli winning exactly half of them (16), and they are currently unbeaten in ten matches against US Cremonese (six wins, four draws). The Partenopei also won the last Serie A game against the Grigiorossi on February 12, 2023, with a confident 3–0 victory.

Cremonese – Napoli Tip
It should be noted that the newly promoted team from Lombardy has already caused problems for several top teams. However, the Grigiorossi’s strongest performances have been in away games. At home, on the other hand, the Tigri have only picked up nine out of a possible 21 points, which is why our prediction for Cremonese vs. Napoli is quite straightforward: an away win for the Partenopei. The Campanians are also bringing the momentum from their Supercoppa Italiana win in Saudi Arabia to the Stadio Giovanni Zini, where they also won their last Serie A away game 4-1. For tip 2, Cremonese vs. Napoli betting odds of 1.60 are available at Bet-at-home, which we are betting on with six out of ten units.
