Will the Whites continue their home winning streak?
Leeds United have not lost at home for a year now, spanning a total of 23 league games. Since returning to the Premier League, the reigning Championship champions have picked up five of their eight points in front of their home crowd, giving them a small cushion of four points above the relegation zone. Now, however, a resurgent London side is coming to Elland Road. The Spurs have started much better than last season and are currently fourth. Accordingly, there are high risks involved in betting on Leeds against Tottenham, as the Whites look to extend their unbeaten streak in West Yorkshire, which began on September 27, 2024.
The record in this fixture also clearly favors Spurs, who have won nine of their last eleven Premier League games against LUFC (one draw, one defeat) – including the last four in a row. In their last two away games at Elland Road, the Lilywhites even scored four away goals in each game. However, the Whites are always good for a goal, as the promoted team poses a high level of danger from set pieces. Only three teams scored more often from set pieces than Leeds in 2025/26. The best value therefore comes from betting that both teams will score, regardless of the outcome of the match.
The game plan should be clear: as the nominal underdog, Leeds United should not go in all guns blazing at their own stadium against the reigning Europa League winners, who have picked up seven out of a possible nine points from their last three away games in the Premier League. It is therefore quite possible that the first half in particular will be quite tactical, which is why an alternative to the suggested bet on goals on both sides is to bet that more goals will be scored in the second half than in the first.
Leeds – Tottenham Head-to-head record
Head to head: 33 – 29 – 41
A total of 103 meetings have taken place between the two teams so far, with Tottenham Hotspur leading the head-to-head record with 41 wins. The Spurs have lost only one of their last eleven Premier League games against Leeds United (nine wins, one draw) and have won all of their last four games against the Whites. In their last two away games at Elland Road, the Londoners have even scored four goals each time, which, incidentally, cost then-promotion-winning and successful coach Marcelo Bielsa his job in February 2022 after a 4-0 away win.

Leeds – Tottenham Tip
Although the best bookmakers’ odds for Leeds vs. Tottenham favor the visitors from the UK capital, who have taken seven out of a possible nine points from their last three Premier League away games and have also won their last two away games at Elland Road, scoring four goals in each.
However, two aspects should not be overlooked: Firstly, LUFC are unbeaten in 23 league games at home. And secondly, before those last three away games, Tottenham had only picked up seven points from their previous eleven away games (two wins, one draw, eight defeats).
In short, the risk of Spurs stumbling at Elland Road is by no means negligible, especially since Tottenham could only manage a 2-2 draw against Bodö/Glimt in the Champions League during the week. It therefore makes sense to avoid predicting the outcome of the Leeds vs. Tottenham match and, in particular, to avoid the three-way system.
As our analysis shows, we consider goals on both sides to be very likely. We are betting on both teams to score at Winamax at odds of 1.74 with five out of ten units.
