The Royals are looking forward to facing their favorite opponent!
The runners-up from the capital and the visitors from Pamplona are kicking off the new season in Spain’s top flight! Read our preview of the match at the Bernabeu to find out which Real Madrid vs. Osasuna tip we think is the best bet. The match also marks the league debut for both coaches.
Xabi Alonso took over as Real coach in the summer, while Italian Alessio Lisci is now in charge at Gorritxoak. Osasuna is also one of the “Royals’” favorite opponents. The hosts have not lost to CA in 23 matches in LaLiga and the Copa del Rey, with only half a dozen of those games not ending in a Real victory.
For the next clash between Real Madrid and Osasuna, the tip also includes a home win with at least a two-goal difference.
Real Madrid – Osasuna Head-to-head / H2H record
As mentioned at the beginning, the “Rojillos” have not triumphed in this pairing for quite some time. They have been waiting for their next success in all competitions for more than 14 years, and the defeat in the Copa del Rey final two years ago in May was particularly bitter.
The Real Madrid vs. Osasuna odds for the upcoming edition now clearly point to a continuation of this dry spell. You can also place bets on the match at Tipwin, where the bookmaker offers a wide range of payment methods.

Real Madrid – Osasuna prediction
Real played a few competitive matches in the Club World Cup under new coach Xavi Alonso in the summer, but his influence was not yet visible at that point due to the short time he had been in charge. Whether he has improved the team compared to last season will become clearer when Madrid starts its LaLiga campaign.
With both coaches making their debuts, both teams are expected to be highly motivated, although the home side are clear favorites. This is not only due to the top club’s clearly superior squad, but also to the visitors’ mixed preparations.
The Pamplona side have won just one of their six pre-season games, and that was against second division side Mirandes. Alonso’s team are obviously a different proposition altogether, and the visitors’ poor record against this opposition further reinforces the hosts’ status as favorites.
We are therefore going for a Real Madrid win against Osasuna with at least a two-goal difference. This was also the result of Real’s last two home games against CA, both of which ended in 4-0 victories.
