Not quite, because the Chargers and their head coach, Jim Harbaugh, will be running for their lives on Sunday. We mean that literally—LA needs to establish its running game early on in order to beat the Bills later with deep passes. That’s been their only real weakness so far, as they’ve allowed the third-most passing yards (273.0 per game).
This already incredibly important matchup kicks off Sunday at 7:00 p.m. in Buffalo. The game will also be broadcast live on Sky as a single game on Sunday evening.
That also means they’ll have to take risks if they fall behind, which could drive the total score higher. So, for the Bills vs. Chargers game, betting on the over is also an option.

Three of the last five matchups went to the Chargers, though really only the last two are truly relevant to this matchup. In those two games, Josh Allen and Justin Herbert faced off, and Allen and his Bills came out on top in both encounters.
This makes the odds on a Buffalo victory in the Bills vs. Chargers game a better bet, though due to the larger spread (currently -7.5), it’s only worth considering as part of a combination bet. We don’t expect a blowout victory with a margin of more than ten points—otherwise, this could indeed have consequences for Chargers coach Harbaugh.

The best offense of the season so far (38.5 points on average) faces the most disappointing offense (14.0). What is often a recipe for a one-sided game could turn into a scoring fest in this case, as the Chargers will do everything they can to keep up with the Bills on offense—and, at least on paper, they have the tools to do so.
This makes betting on the over for both LA and the game as a whole interesting, though another line caught our eye. For the Bills vs. Chargers game, we recommend betting on a touchdown by Dalton Kincaid, as he has recently emerged as Allen’s top target (already 12 receptions and 1 touchdown).
In addition, a bet on a rushing touchdown by Josh Allen himself is also worth considering. Even this season, after just two games, he already has four rushing touchdowns and is leading all quarterbacks by a wide margin.
